International Customs & Duty Taxes
We do not take responsibility for any duties and taxes charged to delivery to your country of origin.
For New Zealand, all shipments exceeding the sales value of $1000 or more will incur a duties and taxes charge. You can calculate your expected duties and taxes by visiting the New Zealand What’s My Duty Estimator.
For USA, all shopments exceeding the sales value of $800 or more will incur a duties and taxes charge. For more information please refer to the USA customs website.
For UK orders you may need to pay customs and duties on orders that exceed 135 pounds. These are payable to UK Customs upon entry into the UK. For more information, please refer to the UK customs website.
For all other countries, please refer to your local government duties and taxes website. We are legally required to declare the total value paid on international shipments. Salty Crush reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
When will my order be shipped?
All online orders are processed and shipped daily Monday – Friday. If your order is placed before 15 PM and your items are in stock it will usually be shipped the same day, however please note that this may be prolonged slightly during sale periods.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
- Domestic: Once shipped, delivery time is beyond our control and in the hands of Australia Post. Deliveries are generally between 3-5 days depending on which state you live in (we ship from Penrith NSW)
- International: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 14-21 days depending on which country you reside in and what their customs procedure is,again shipping times once your parcel has been dispatched is beyond our control.
Please note that this may be prolonged during holiday and sale periods due to increased demand with Australia Post.
My package appears to have been damaged in transit
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit through Australia Post, we cannot accept responsibility. All complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.

📅 If you need your order by a certain date, we highly recommend choosing an Express Post option at Checkout (if available in your region) to ensure your delivery is taken as high priority through the postal system.
